  Pharmacist working Friday, October 13th, was unhelpful and rude. I called prior to stopping in and she didn't want to take my insurance information over the phone. When I explained I was told by my doctor they needed the information prior to filling the prescription, she sighed heavily and said it was really much better if I did it in person. Clearly, customer service is not a priority. It's about what's most convenient for the employee. I stop in after work. I give my information. The tech assisting her tried twice to enter my information but was unable. She tries and fails and tells me my insurance is invalid. It isn't. I got the card earlier in the week of my visit to the pharmacy. Annoyed, I pay the full price, albeit only $14, and I leave. I call my insurance to check and they tell me everything is valid and they don't even see the attempt to fill the prescription against my insurance on their end. I am told typically if they attempt and it gets rejected then there would at least be a record of it. So what did they do in their 3 attempts to file it? No clue. Incompetent, unhelpful, rude. Not things I've ever experienced in a CVS.
